Confessions of a Product Owner – Part 2 – February 15th 2018

Wade Pinder, one of our ALNH members, continues to share the ups and downs of his agile journey.  Last May, Wade covered the basics of Agile, Scrum and Product Ownership.  This month he’ll focus on the day-to-day realities the Product Owner faces in managing the product backlog. He’ll share practical suggestions for creating, prioritizing and maintaining the backlog as well as writing “stories that move”.
 Wade has worked at, the top online seller of window coverings, as a Product Manager here in Houston since 2012.  After joining he became a Professional Scrum Product Owner and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner.  Wade is excited to share about’s agile culture, in particular about the recent trends he’s seeing with agile moving outside of software development and into other areas of the company like marketing, HR, business intelligence and yes… even accounting!
