Abstract: One of the criticisms of SAFe by the Agile community is that it is ‘too big or too prescriptive’.  However, SAFe does have an MVP.  Scott, a SAFe SPCT and transformation coach, will talk about SAFe engagements he’s worked on for the past 4 years and the key Lean-Agile habits/practices needed to be SAFe.

Scott has a deep expertise in recovering large failing projects and aligning teams to Lean business value delivery, including SAFe SPCT4 training experience with numerous large-scale portfolio & value stream Agile transformations.
