Hello,

Here are this month’s Agile Leadership Network Houston updates alongside snippets of exciting items that you won’t want to miss. Melissa Betts (ALNH President) discusses 2021 ALNH Digital Transformation through Agility. Learn more about the initiatives we have in place for 2021, including a Mentor/Mentee program.

Happy New Year! We are so delighted to start another exciting year of learning and networking to understand how Digital Transformation uses Agility. Last year we stood up an entirely new Board and transitioned into a 100% virtual organization. Kudos to our very active Board Members who have executed excellence.

We also had some dynamic panels conducted thanks to our Advisory Board on The State of Agility and The Impact of Womyn in Agile Organizations; check it out ICYMI on our youtube channel.

You may have also noticed the new look and feel on our website thanks to our New Sponsors Vaca Collective, who expertly guided us to a refreshed logo. In addition to this, we have strategist Lynn Ruthrauth and Culture n’ Strategy guiding us to innovate a yellow brick road to ensure our tribe has increasing access to leadership development.

We are actively practicing conscious capitalism by taking our Sponsor investments and partnering with minority companies to help meet our tribe objectives while simultaneously using our financial footprint to create positive changes in society.

We are actively practicing Agility by reducing our meeting time while maintaining value. We are a 1HR meeting as of 2021. Start off the year by subscribing to our Eventbrite and/or Linkedin as we post the latest and greatest of our community’s happening.

Lastly, we partner with a Mentor/Mentee program this year to help you reach your career goals. Please email me if interested.

Stay Safe, Stay Brave, Stay Agile
